Story.
It has been a little over a year since the famine which killed more than 1 million people, people who stayed could do little more than then try to move on with their lives. The rebuilding process had to start.
On day a farmer was herding his cattle when he noticed someone coming up to him, he said hello, but they didn’t respond. As the strange figure approached the farmer noticed a cold, dead, hollow look to the strange. This was the first recorded siting of the “undead”. The dead didn’t stay dead for long as very soon after the siting most of the country was overrun apart for a few small parts in isolated areas. These castles and confined villages hold a few survivors.
You as the player will have to try to beat the game by getting to the safety of the castle. The player will be playing as Sean O’Brien a farmer from cork. He was separated from his family as they were trying to reach the castle and at night they were attacked by a group of the undead. Deciding to save his family from certain death Sean opted to lead the undead away from his family to give them a chance to survive the onslaught.
The next day he is surrounded by trees and only has a general idea where he is. He has only one thing on his mind to get to the castle and he hopes that his family is there wating for him.
This is where the player has the chance to get him to the castle and reunite him with the wife and daughter. But the journey isn’t going to be easy as there will be a lot of challenges and struggles ahead. There is only one option survival not for himself but to get to his family and save them.
The player will have to travel through forests climb over hills and cross dangerous river crossings, but all of this struggle eludes Sean as he has got only one thing on his mind and that is to get to see his family safe from the dangerous world that surrounds them.
