nine man morris.

The board consists of a grid with twenty-four intersections or points. Each player has nine pieces, or “men”, usually colored black and white. Players try to form ‘mills’—three of their own men lined horizontally or vertically—allowing a player to remove an opponent’s man from the game. A player wins by reducing the opponent to two pieces, or by leaving them without a legal move.

The game can last anywhere from 5-60 minutes depending on the passe of the game. I first played the game when i was actually playing assassins creed III. There were locations all over the map to play the game and one day i actually played it. My first impression was a stupid game and it made no sense but when i looked at the rules i went back and played it i must have played over 100 games of it as 2 hours had passed before i realized.
